Join Our Team: School Administration Assistant (10 Hours/Week)
Working across two welcoming Primary Schools

Are you an organised, friendly, and proactive individual looking for a part-time role that makes a real difference? We are seeking a reliable School Administration Assistant to join our dedicated team, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of two thriving primary schools.

About the Role
This is a part-time position for 10 hours per week, spread across three mornings, supporting the administrative needs of both schools. You’ll be based in each school during the week, becoming a familiar face to staff, parents, and pupils alike.

What You’ll Be Doing
Your varied and rewarding duties will include:

  • Supporting with ParentPay administration and processing school-related payments
  • Updating and maintaining the school websites and social media pages
  • Answering phones and providing a warm welcome to visitors and parents
  • Coordinating Cool Milk orders and managing the school calendar
  • Supporting wider administrative tasks to help our schools run smoothly

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent communication and IT skills
  • Is organised, efficient, and able to manage their own time
  • Enjoys working with people and being part of a team
  • Can maintain confidentiality and work with professionalism at all times
  • Has experience in a school or administrative setting (desirable, but not essential)
