The Ripley Academy is seeking an exceptional School Services and Office Manager to play a central role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the school, to start September 2026.

We are looking to appoint a candidate who is:

  • Committed to supporting students and staff

This is a high-profile leadership role within our support staff structure, combining HR leadership, operational management, administration, compliance, and strategic support to senior leaders. You will work closely with the Executive Headteacher and Head of School, leading key systems and managing a dedicated office team.
