Walter Evans CE Primary and Nursery School is looking to appoint a friendly, organised and proactive School Business Assistant to join our supportive office team.
The school office is at the heart of our school community - it is often the first point of contact for our pupils, parents/carers, visitors and staff, and plays a vital role in ensuring our school runs smoothly every day.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy primary school. Working closely with the School Business Manager, you will be involved in areas such as pupil attendance administration, finance processes and supporting the effective operation of the school office. Alongside the day-to-day responsibilities, you will also have opportunities to contribute ideas and help improve the systems and processes that support the school
We are looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working in a busy environment where no two days are the same;
- Has excellent organisational and communication skills;
- Is confident working with data and administrative systems;
- Has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in producing accurate work;
- Is able to build positive relationships with children, families, colleagues and visitors.
If you are proactive, approachable and committed to making a positive difference to the daily life of our school community, we would love to hear from you!
