Hours of work:
8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
The primary focus of the role will be to administer the purchase ledger and undertake related finance tasks. However, you will also contribute to ensure the smooth running of the school by providing support to other administrative duties reception, correspondence, school trips and events.
You will ideally have experience of purchase ledger/invoice processing although training will be provided. You should have experience of working in an office environment and be able to use Microsoft packages (e.g. Word, Excel, and Outlook). You should be able to maintain confidentiality, relate well to others and work well as a team. Attention to detail and good communication skills are also essential.
There is some flexibility with the start and finish times, which can be discussed at interview.
