Dronfield Henry Fanshawe School is a successful, oversubscribed school with 1809 students on roll including 297 in the Sixth Form. It is situated close to the centres of Sheffield and Chesterfield on the edge of the Peak District National Park.

The Governors are seeking to appoint a House Support Manager to work as an integral member of the House Team.  

The ideal candidate must be driven to improve the life chances of children and their families and the primary focus of the role is to support the House Team in maintaining high levels of student attendance, punctuality and behaviour. The successful candidate will work as an integral member of the House Team to ensure that students flourish within the school environment and achieve their personal goals. 

The ability to communicate effectively is essential as you will be required to liaise with staff at all levels, as well as parents, carers, students, colleagues and outside agencies. Previous experience of working in a school environment or with secondary aged young people is essential.
