We meet the varied and complex needs of children in reception to year 11 at sites located in Chesterfield and in the High Peak.

We are eager to appoint an Administrative Assistant to provide effective and efficient reception and admin support to one of the Chesterfield sites. This role will include being front of house to meet and greet visitors, telephone management, organising admin for pupil transport, attendance completion, order requisitions, cost effectiveness and all other business requests that ensure that the site can run swiftly. There will be significant remote communication with parents/carers and your IT skills are paramount. You will have excellent organisation skills and must be able to work in a busy office and react to a variety of situations and remain clam with a sense of humour at all times. You must have excellent communication skills with other colleagues, pupils and all stakeholders and be a strong team player.

All roles require a driving licence, car and business insurance. You may be required to support one of our other Esteem North sites within the locality. Travel is paid for beyond your allocated daily base.
