We are looking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Level 3 Teaching and Learning Assistant to work and support the nursery pupils in our Nursery and Reception class which will open in September 2024.
The candidate should have a good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, particularly FS1, including Forest Schools and a genuine passion and a belief in the potential of every pupil.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Reception Teacher to provide an appropriate learning rich environment for the pupils. They will also be expected to help pupils to overcome social and emotional barriers to learning and aim to raise their aspirations and self-esteem. Some personal care may be required.
