We are looking to appoint two Health Improvement Advisors to deliver Tobacco Dependency Treatment based at Chesterfield Royal Hospital. One to be based in inpatients and one in maternity supporting pregnant women and partners/household members who are receiving care from Chesterfield Royal Hospital working alongside maternity healthcare professionals.

This is a unique opportunity to join a new, dynamic, and growing service which is looking for individuals with a passion and ability for supporting people addicted to tobacco.
