At The Mease Spencer Academy we would like to recruit a dedicated, exceptional leader with the knowledge and skills to help drive our school forward as we grow. We are looking for someone to share our vision of ‘Learning Together Through Reflection’, someone excited by the challenges of a new school and someone who will get stuck into all aspects of life at The Mease!

We are seeking a Vice Principal who:

  • is an excellent classroom practitioner who engages in research, plans enriching experiences, instils a love of learning and has high aspirations
  • has effective strategic thinking and a passion for learning, who can support all learners and staff to be the best that they can be
  • is able to ensure that teaching and learning standards are at the highest level, innovative and effective
  • has the ability, desire and dedication to maintain and strengthen links with Parents, Governors and the wider community
  • has children at the heart of decision making, who is passionate about making a genuine difference
  • is a proven leader and reflective practitioner, who possesses a clear educational vision backed by leadership and management experience
  • will provide challenge to the Principal
  • effectively uses data to analyse, monitor, challenge and support
  • wants to be involved in everything!
