We’re seeking a dynamic leader to oversee Derbyshire’s residential children’s homes, including provision for disabled children.

As the named Responsible Individual with Ofsted, you’ll drive strategic planning, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across our estate. You’ll champion the interests of children in care, lead a skilled team of Residential Operations Managers, and Registered Managers and ensure our homes deliver outstanding care and outcomes for our children.

This role demands strong leadership, regulatory expertise, and a commitment to inclusive, child-centred practice. This role offers the opportunity to shape high-quality, inclusive care environments, develop skilled teams, and champion the voices of our children across our corporate parenting partnership.
