We’re recruiting for a Pay and Reward Analyst  to join the Pay and Reward Team. 

This is a great opportunity to get involved in a range of pay and reward activities including

  • Researching and supporting the development of pay and reward strategies
  • Supporting the delivery of the job evaluation service
  • Carrying out reward analysis, identifying recommendations and supporting implementation
  • Workforce analysis and working with stakeholders to deliver insights and statutory reporting
  • Delivery of employee benefits and recognition
