Teaching and Learning Assistant

The Village Federation are seeking to appoint a part time Teaching Assistant who will be deployed at The FitzHerbert C of E Primary School in Fenny Bentley, in the Derbyshire Dales. 

At FitzHerbert Primary School we nurture children so that they can learn, achieve and grow together as a family by providing meaningful learning experiences and opportunities. We are very proud of our wonderful village school, and we work hard as a team to ensure everyone is happy and achieving their full potential. 

The successful candidate will be focused on the mixed-age junior class but will be able to work with children across the primary age-range. We welcome applications from any career background. 

There may be another 6 hours and 15 minutes available per week as a Breakfast Club Leader paid at Grade 5 £12.65 - £12.85 to be discussed at interview.

We are looking for a passionate, committed and flexible team member from September, working Monday-Friday between 9.00am and 3.00pm.
