- An individual who has a proven track record of enabling pupils to make progress.
- An individual who has an understanding of EYFs and Key Stage 1
- Someone who is creative and enjoys experimenting with new ideas.
- Someone who has a good understanding of phonics and how to teach phonics.
- Someone who has a proven track record of delivering and scaffolding support within the classroom environment.
