The Governors of Calow CofE VC Primary School are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to work in the above post. 

The ability to work as part of a team is essential, as are excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, sound knowledge of IT, ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload, and a good understanding of confidentiality. 

You should also have GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C or above and be willing to undertake relevant training. Experience of working successfully with people in difficult situations and within a legal framework are essential. 

The post holder will be communicating directly with pupils, parents, staff and other agencies internal and external to the school and should be able to exercise and promote customer care and adopt a flexible approach to the work undertaken. 

The successful candidate will need to be flexible, adaptable and be driven to ensure children achieve the best possible outcomes.
